UPDATE:

As businesses and our community are beginning to reopen, we are shifting how we are doing youth group on Sunday nights. For 2 weeks, our small groups will meet in person at various host homes around town (see schedule and list of locations below).

 

Students should aim to arrive at the host sites at about 6:00. (It's ok if you're a bit early, or running late.) There they will enjoy reconnecting in person with their small group and leaders. They do not need a device to run Zoom if they attend in person. Each small group site will have a laptop or device set up to connect that small group to the larger group.

 

If your family decides you would rather wait to engage in person, that's 100% ok! We support and respect your decision. Students who cannot attend in person can still log in via Zoom and connect with other students, engage in the activities, and participate in their small group.

 

Here are some guidelines our in-person gatherings will be following:

• Socially distancing is not required in groups under 50 (under the current order), but if people are more comfortable doing so, we will.

• Masks are not required, but are encouraged.

• Everyone should take their temperature before coming. If their temperature is over 100.4º, they should stay home.

• In addition to fever, anyone who has a cough, runny nose, sore throat, chills, flu-like symptoms, loss of the ability of taste or smell, etc., please stay home and join us on Zoom (or rest and get feeling better!).

• If a family member of any potential-attendee has traveled to a COVID-19 hotspot location within the previous 2 weeks, please stay home and join us on Zoom.

• We will have hand sanitizer available at each of the small groups.

• Adult leaders will wipe down surfaces with disinfectant wipes following group.
